Browse Day at the Design Studio

We invite purchasers and prospects alike to visit our Design Studio every Thursday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. to take a tour, view and ask questions about the endless number of options on display and available at any Mid-Atlantic Builders’ community.

You may have questions about color and material combinations and the durability of these materials i.e. hardwood versus tile. Our Design Studio Consultant will also answer questions about new features and what happens during your Final Selection Addendum (FSA) appointment.

The FSA is where you will choose the options that will personalize “Your Home” with finishes such as flooring, countertops, cabinets, kitchen and bath hardware and fixtures, lighting, and the list goes on. When you take advantage of our Browse Day, it will reduce the time necessary to complete you FSA appointment.

Mid-Atlantic’s Design Studio is currently in our Tara Model at Woodmore North on Route 450 in Bowie, MD. at 5807 Hillmeade Road, Bowie, MD 20720.

You may also contact the Design Studio Consultant at 301-352-5363.

Customization

The core of our brand is our Custom Design Program. With this program you can take one of our standard floorplans and modify them to suite your personal lifestyle or family needs. Many of our customers have created their own unique design ideas such as where a door to a room could be located, change the design of a lower level recreation room or modify a bath suite. This is accomplished by our team of experienced architecture designers. They will review the custom floorplan request and create a computer drawing of the option to ensure that the request can be built or purchased. If there is something a customer wants in their home, all they need do is ask Mid-Atlantic Builders. From extra windows and doors to light fixtures and more. All custom requests are considered. Couple that with the multitude of standard options along with the many finishes available in our Design Center there is little that Mid-Atlantic Builders can’t build its’ customers. For more information contact your community sales counselor.
