Also, our HVAC systems are properly designed down to duct sizes and vent placement to help maximize comfort and energy savings.
In addition to having a 95 percent efficient furnace, each Mid-Atlantic Builders home includes a MERV 11 air furnace filter to systematically clean dust and air debris providing you and your family safer air.
