In addition to your Mid-Atlantic Builders One-Year Warranty and your manufacturer and subcontractor warranties, we have taken extra steps to bring you peace of mind with an extended 10-Year Limited Residential Warranty* secured by Residential Warranty Corporation (RWC). A sample of the RWC Limited Warranty 10 Year Written Warranty for New Homes will be included in the Homeowner’s Journal at time of purchasing agreement.
