Each new home also receives a One-Year Anniversary Drywall Service and an extended 10–Year Limited Residential Warranty through the Residential Warranty Company, LLC..

The One-Year Anniversary Drywall Service provides homeowners the opportunity to correct nail pops or drywall cracks caused by the change of seasons or the settling of your home. This service is limited to drywall only and doesn't not include paint touch up.
