The first design I fell in love with was the Modena! There are so many ways to customize it that feel unique, especially the Owner's Suite private sitting room and covered deck. My only concern is that I would spend too much time there. No matter how you lay it out though, it always feels homey!

I live in a Monaco! I love its big open kitchen, which gets tons of natural light and its a great space for entertaining friends and family.
The Waverly is the perfect floor plan for my husband and I! It is a sleek and modern design that fits our needs and busy lifestyle. Not only does the Waverly offer the space and amenities of a single family home, it is also super low maintenance in so many ways!

I love the Monaco floorpan. In fact, I dreamed about it so much that I eventually built it! It’s been the perfect forever home for my family. The screened in porch is my favorite nook to play board games or read with the kids.
My favorite home is the Razzano. I love the open kitchen, and its size is great for my wife and I and our two fur babies. Throw in a craftsman elevation and a theater room and you have the recipe for success!

Picking my favorite floorpan after all these years is like asking me to choose a favorite child. I love them all for different reasons! But if I had the opportunity to build a new home, I’d probably choose the Capri because of its first floor owners suite and optional upstairs bedroom for when the grandchildren sleepover.

The Belina would be the home design for my family and I. Plenty of space within single-level-living. There's also plenty of yard space in detached home for our child and fur babies.

The Mid-Atlantic home that works best for my growing family would be the Palermo MG. I love the separate suite for when the Grandparents come to stay and the private Owner’s Suite balcony provides a perfect retreat for some quiet time!
The Mid-Atlantic home that works for me and my boyfriend would be the Capri. It’s the perfect size for a young couple, and has just enough space for us to expand our family in the coming years. Additionally, a detached home would provide a nice yard for our future little fluffy puppy!

My favorite MAB home design would be the Palermo MG. The open concept on the main level is perfect for family gatherings which my husband and I love to host. The MG Suite is perfectly suited for our parents as they age and the 3-car garage is large enough to store all of my husband’s toys. I could see the Palermo MG as a forever home for my family that can be passed down for generations to come.
