Are you a disabled Veteran looking to build the new home of your dreams? Sometimes it can be challenging and expensive to modify a home, let alone find a builder who is willing to go the extra mile to customize a home for a Veteran’s special needs. At Mid-Atlantic Builders not only are we willing to work with you to help make your home accessible, we have found a program that will help you pay for it. The Specially Adapted Housing Grant is offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs and offers you funds up to $63,780 to help pay for modifications so that you can fully enjoy your beautiful new home. Many of our innovative floor plans can be adapted to your needs and you would have full access to our one-of-a kind Design Studio.

We have recently started construction on a house for a Veteran and we are excited to share its progress in the coming weeks. We would love to be able to put you in the home of your dreams as well. All you need to do is go here and download the proper forms and submit them to your local VA Regional Loan Office. Once you are found eligible, contact myself or one of our sales counselor in order to get the process started on having Mid-Atlantic Builders build your specially adapted VA home.
