Mid-Atlantic Builders, an award-winning luxury homebuilder with 46+ years of success, is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our dynamic sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of sales experience looking to grow in the new home industry.
If you're organized, people-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in real estate, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Support on-site Sales Representatives in day-to-day operations
• Greet and engage with prospective buyers in model homes
• Assist with contract preparation, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Help maintain marketing materials, price lists, and inventory reports
• Ensure accurate listing details on MLS, websites, and print materials
What You’ll Bring:
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in real estate or new home construction
• Ability to obtain a Maryland Builder Sales License
