Vice President of Sales and Marketing

The online sales counselor will coordinate with all members of the sales team and marketing team. Actions will be monitored and assessed by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

  1. To aid prospects quickly and effectively through the homebuying process in the digital space.
    1. Respond to all website, email, and phone leads immediately.
    2. Qualify and categorize leads based on needs
    3. Work with prospects to determine the best community and floorplan to meet their needs
  2. To be able to provide an abundance of accurate information to prospects in their ‘research stage’.
    1. Be fluent in Mid-Atlantic Builders house types, pricing/promotions, and relay accurate and targeted information to the prospect.
    2. Understand the Mid-Atlantic Builders value proposition and key points of differentiation.
    3. Continually research the landscape of competition including product, pricing/promotion information, sales data, and online presence.
  3. To utilize the Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) to record and follow up with leads.
    1. Prepare all lead submissions timely and accurately with thorough information recorded.
    2. Create and deliver ongoing e-mail campaigns to reach digital leads.
    3. Analyze data accrued through leads to better understand the Mid-Atlantic Customer’s wants and needs.
    4. Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
  4. To work as a liaison between the prospect and the Onsite Sales Counselor.
    1. Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting appointments onsite.
    2. Properly record contact dates and maintain appointment schedules through outlook and the customer relationship management system (CRM).
    3. Communicate promptly with all Onsite Sales Counselors regarding leads and appointments. Ensure the prospects needs are clearly communicated to the onsite team.
  5. To provide a professional online presence, as representative of Mid-Atlantic Builders.
    1. Uphold the values and integrity of the company through all communication online.
    2. Open and close the Live Chat system in coordination with Mid-Atlantic Builders policies.
    3. Respond to any concerns or questions that arise and provide a quick, accurate response and efficient solutions.
  6. To problem solve on daily basis with prospects, lenders, and in-house staff to secure a sale that suits both the prospect and the builder.
  1. Two years of sales experience in an onsite environment
  2. Customer focused and personable, and able to relay virtually
  3. Strong written communication skills
  4. Strong knowledge of computers and contact management systems
  5. Self-directed and focused while working remotely
  6. Willing to learn and follow a proven sales process
