Assistant New Home Sales Consultant
- Assist management of community sales and educate prospective homeowners regarding available homes and homesites
- Assist management of communication with purchaser from contract through settlement
- Assist administration of sales contract and reporting of home sales, lot status, and inventory
- Assist demonstration and maintenance of model home, brochures, price lists and associated marketing material
- Assist management and development of systems for following up on existing, and creating new, sales leads
- Ensure information on the community and homes is properly represented on the website, social media and MRIS, as well as in print media such as New Homes Guide
- Convey the brand value and advantages and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Mid-Atlantic Builders
- Professionally represent the company’s product, brand image, and reputation in all interactions with prospective purchasers and homeowners
- Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork
- Complete all duties as assigned by Sales Manager or New Home Sales Consultant
- Assist to gather and analyze market and competitor data to ensure our homes and community maintain a superior value advantage
- College degree preferred
- Two years of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication (written and verbal), customer service and organizational skills
- Results-driven, detail oriented
- Team player

- Coachable, willingness to learn
- Entrepreneur's spirit and drive
- Knowledge of real estate, new construction and high-end retail sales is a plus
- Salary + Commission (personal income potential is six figures plus!)
