Discovery
The Discovery phase is where your vision starts to take shape. Meet our team and bring your ideas, inspiration photos, and excitement to the table as we explore possibilities together. This is your opportunity to share your vision and dreams for your new home so that what we create reflects your lifestyle from the very start.
Design
Once we’ve set the vision, it’s time to bring it to life in detail. This stage includes evaluating your land, crafting the architectural design, and selecting the features that make your home uniquely yours. Throughout the process, we keep communication open and transparent to ensure every design choice aligns with your style and budget. It may take a few weeks and a few good cups of coffee but trust us, it’s worth every sip.
Commitment
With the Construction Agreement in place, we formalize our shared commitment to bringing your vision to life. This phase coordinates selections, scheduling, deposits, and the essential details that keep your project on track. It is where plans become progress and your new home begins to take shape.
Curate
This is where your vision becomes deeply personal. Working one-on-one with our lead designer, you’ll begin selecting the finishes and features that reflect your style and bring your home to life. With expert guidance at every step, this is the moment when a house truly transforms into your home.
Build
The exciting part is here - construction begins, and your dream starts taking shape. We’ll stay in close touch through regular updates and onsite meetings, making sure you’re informed and engaged every step of the way. Building a home is one of life’s most meaningful journeys, and it’s a privilege to share this experience with you, crafting a place you’ll love for years to come.
