Whether you’re creating a custom design from the ground up or choosing one of our beautifully crafted Move-In Ready Homes, our process is designed to make every step exciting and effortless.
From selecting your homesite and securing pre-approval with one of our Preferred Lenders, to collaborating with our Design Studio and working with your Personal Builder Concierge, we’re here to guide you through each milestone with care, expertise, and attention to detail.

From your first conversation with our sales team to the day you receive your keys, our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and inspiring. Your dedicated team, including our Preferred Lenders, Design Studio professionals, and Personal Builder Concierge, works hand in hand to bring your vision to life with creativity and care.
Bringing Your Vision to Life
Choose Your Homesite and Home
It all begins with choosing the perfect place to call home! Pick your ideal homesite and home plan or make it easy with one of our Move-In Ready Homes. Next, get started with a pre-approval from one of our Preferred Lenders so everything is ready to move forward. Once you’re set, you’ll meet with one of our friendly Sales Associates to sign your contract and officially start your journey home.
Personalize Your Dream
Now it’s time for the fun part, making your home truly yours! You’ll meet with your personal Mid-Atlantic Builders Designer to explore finishes, fixtures, and all the details that reflect your personal style. During this time, you’ll also work with your lender to finalize your documents and secure your 30-day commitment letter, keeping your home on track for construction.
Let the Building Begin
Things might get a little quieter while we move through the permitting process, but exciting progress is happening behind the scenes! Once complete, your Personal Builder Concierge will reach out to schedule a meeting to review your home plans and selections, walk you through the process, and answer any questions you have. Then construction begins, your vision is becoming reality!
Welcome Home
Your dream is complete! Your Personal Builder Concierge will contact you with your settlement date and schedule your Pre-Orientation Walk, where you’ll get to know every feature and function of your new home. As settlement day approaches, your lender will make sure everything is ready for the big day. Then, with keys in hand and excitement in your heart, you’ll officially join the Mid-Atlantic Builders Family, ready to create years of memories in your brand-new home.
