1-Year Coverage: Many workmanship and material items are covered to ensure your new home is performing as it should.
2-Year Coverage: Key mechanical systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical, and plumbing, are covered as defined in your warranty documents.
10-Year Coverage: Extended protection against qualifying major structural defects provides long‑term confidence in your home’s structure.
From move‑in day through the years ahead, Mid‑Atlantic Builders is committed to protecting your investment and your peace of mind.
In the case of reporting an emergency item during normal business hours, contact your Mid-Atlantic Builders Service Team, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at (301) 603-2340. For an emergency after normal business hours, call the relevant Trade Partner (plumber, electric, or HVAC) using the after-hours number listed on your “Trade Emergency Phone List.”
