Warranty Request

We're Here to Help

We are committed to helping you enjoy your new home for years to come. Our warranty program is designed to provide peace of mind and dependable support throughout your ownership experience. If you have a warranty concern or something is not functioning as it should, please complete the request form below.

In the case of reporting an emergency item during normal business hours, contact your Mid-Atlantic Builders Service Team, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at (301) 603-2340. For an emergency after normal business hours, call the relevant Trade Partner (plumber, electric, or HVAC) using the after-hours number listed on your “Trade Emergency Phone List.”
